    This wine pale straw in colour, with a slight green hue, displays lovely citrus aromas balanced by white peach and nectarine fruits. The palate follows through with the stone fruits and an ester of pineapple character.    
  ◊ Little Penguin Chardonnay (Vic) $19.00  
    This tasty white has starlight brightness with light straw hues. The nose is refreshingly tropical with hints of melon and pineapple.

    Clean tropical fruit palate with a herbaceous character. Crisp acid and good length.

    A blend of 60% semillion and 40% sauvignon blanc for a well rounded style. The semillion attributes to its full flavoured notes and the sauvignon blanc introduces spicy passion fruit flavours.

    A Sauvignon Blanc that has been fermented over Shiraz skins producing a lovely rose tone with soft tannins and berry fruit flavours becoming part of this unique wine.    
  ◊ Cambewarra Estate Petit Rouge – Michael (Cambewarra NSW) $24.50  
    The colour of pink salmon, while the nose shows rosewater, Turkish delight and a hint of musk. Delicious strawberry flavours dominate the palate.

    A vibrant deep red in colour with purple hues, exhibits lifted aromas of blueberries, blackberries and dark plums overlain with lifted anise and smoky oak. Full, round and soft, well balanced with good acidity and fine, long tannins.    
  ◊ Kladis Estate Chronos Shiraz (Wandandian, NSW) $18.00  
    Rich and velvety with dense layers of tannin and chocolate, the acid balance gives a superb length of palate.    
  ◊ Altitude 676 Shiraz Cabernet (Southern Highlands, NSW) $17.00  
    A blend of 80% Shiraz and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon to produce a wine which is dark, ultra smooth with rich, spicy, red currant and brambly aromas.    
  ◊ Coolangatta Estate Berry’s Blend (Shoalhaven Heads NSW) $27.50  
    This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chambourcin and Tannat has been made in a style that is a reflection of the coastal region we live. This light to medium bodied wine shows earthy characters on the nose with subtle but persistent red berry flavours on the palate with a good clean finish.

    Colour is mid red. Lifted and gamey nose with powerful cherries dominating. A full palate with silky tannins and a clean rounded finish.

    A soft berry red in the glass. Aromas of berries and spice are present on the nose. Ripe plums and subtle five spice flavours combine with supple tannins on the soft palate of this elegant wine.
